Mikhala joined the IVMF in 2022 as the Program Coordinator for Entrepreneurship and Small Business. In this role, Mikhala supports the planning and execution of the IVMF’s programs to provide exceptional experiences to our participants, in addition to the marketing, outreach, and recruiting for our programs. Mikhala also supports students of Syracuse University as a procedural advisor through the Office of Community Standards and Student Outreach and Retention.

Mikhala joined Syracuse University Community in 2020 as the Aquatics Coordinator where she primarily directed the training and development of the Aquatics Student Staff, increasing rates of staff engagement and retention. Mikhala has always been passionate about empowering others through leadership development and connective conversations.

Mikhala holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary studies from Appalachian State University and a Master of Science in Sports Management from Old Dominion University.
