Blake Quinlan joined the IVMF as a Program Coordinator for Entrepreneurship and Small Business in January of 2024.

In this position, Blake aids in both the strategic planning and seamless implementation of IVMF’s programs, ensuring top-tier experiences for our participants. Moreover, Blake contributes to the marketing, outreach, and recruitment efforts for these programs.

Prior to joining the IVMF, Blake has 5 years of experience in business development roles at consulting and cybersecurity firms, with a particular focus in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Aside from his corporate background, Blake has extensive entrepreneurial expertise gained from founding a small business, where he specialized in offering mergers & acquisitions services to investment banks and private equity funds.

He also concurrently serves as a 12B Combat Engineer in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, holding the rank of Staff Sergeant (E6) with time in service dating back to 2013.

Blake holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Franklin University, an MBA from Fitchburg State University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Instructional Management and Leadership through Robert Morris University. In order to gain higher education experience for his PhD candidacy, Blake has held adjunct and research faculty roles at Western Governors University and the University of Pennsylvania.
